Cold and chest ache for past 5 days
I've been having runny nose and sneezing for last 5 days, whenever i sneeze or cough or breathe deeply i experience pain on the left side of my chest. The cold is also causing headache and loss of proper sleep.

You are suffering from an upper respiratory tract infection. Take paracetamol and cetrizine, avoid fruits and juices, take adequate rest with lots of warm, salty liquids like soups,etc. Consult an ENT specialist if the symptoms persist or increase
