Nasal bone not in line.
I had a septoplasty two years back in Ajmer. For around 20months I was OK. Last couple of months I have been having trouble breathing and persistent headaches.

Aim of septoplasty is not to make nasal bone straight but to make nasal airway patent. Nasal airway is a dynamic space not a fixed space. It's patent depend upon many factors including ur emotional status. Stop viewing mirror.
