Nasal congestion after septoplasty
I have sinus problem from childhood and also has nasal septum deviation and allergic rhinitis. I had 3 surgeries for this one is sinus surgery and other is septoplasty.But still i have nasal congestion. If I do any heavy work my nose get blocks and that night I am not able to sleep at all due to nasal blockage. I have allergy also a small allergic attack my nose get stopped completely and I couldn't breath. These symptoms affected every aspect of my life like sleeping problem,anxiety, lack of focus and concentration issues.it affected my ability to communicate and other social behaviours. It is disturbing my academic career like I struggle to focus on studies for long time. I feel like I lost quality life.what to do?

Attach CT scan consult online for further evaluation.Avoid dust ,Agarwati,perfumes,colours etc ,Steam inhalation twice daily.Tab Montair lc 1 tab once daily at night for 15 days,Flomist nasal spray 2 puff twice daily in both the nostrils for 15 days.

Surgery is not a permanent solution for allergic sinusitis,  you always have to follow certain steps and keep yourself free of allergy. Even after getting operated u need to follow , avoid cold food, dust, smoke, fragrances, perfume, agarbatti, AC, repellents, pets.
