Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Im having a strange ringing sound in right ear. Though it doesn't pain but am unable to hear properly. Even when I speak I hear my voice like an echo in my right ear. I recently had cold. Is it because of that? Will it be ok or do I need to consult the Doctor.

I have been having this problem for anlong time i consulted many doctors but the solution wasn't permanent. My problem is that i feel a weird irritation in my throat and right ear it's like pressure problem when i stretch my cheeks forcefully smiling the irritation stops and then start again. Same happens if i close my nose and mouth then blow air
