Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Due to treatment for my migraine problem an ayurvedic doctor applied medicine in my ear which resulted ear infection and seems like liquid went inside deep as I had a hole in my ear drum which i thought got closed in my earlier treatment.. Currently i am facing heaviness in my ear and doctor have given me antibiotic. Can you suggest my what next as

My ear paining from last 3 days i had taking pain killer plz suggest me drops or tablet which can be effective
