My ear is paining from last week, I think that is bcoz of I try to clean it with bike key. but now my another ear also paining some time.

You seem to be suffering from acute otitis externa which is a common type of ear infection. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antibiotic ear drops for few days

Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required. Meanwhile you can use candibiotic ear drops three drops three times daily
