Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Med history: Chest Bypass surgery in February 2016, Ca right vocal cord Stage II T2, N0, M0 in April 2017, Radiotherapy treatment c1, VMAT Smoking- Ex smoker since 18 months Apparently he has been struggling with a silent acid reflux that first affected his ears. Later on his arteries and then vocal chords/throat. He is much better now, though he still jas cough and apparently under weight. I would like to try out a detox diet that helps him to deal with acid reflux in a better way. Or probably typical Do's and Dont's / lifestyle changes that can help to ease his condition and help him to recover faster. He's been told to use a wedge pillow, have 12 glasses of water and ensure a gap of 3 hours between meals ans sleeping + 5 meals. Thanks in advance

Have consulted to doctor almost one year before, for Ruptured Eardrum. Doc prescribed me certain medicines for the same. But i can sense that my problem is not healed completely. i have with me the list of medicines prescribed and Tympanometry test reports with me.

Hello Sir,My mothers one of the vocal cord got paralyzed and we have taken multiple options with different doctors in Hyderabad and they have advised us to go for surgery. COuld you please let us know if we can go ahead with surgery or appreciate if you could suggest anyother better options

Hello...2-3 days before i got hit on my throat with fast cricket leather ball But there was no bleeding from my mouth..no inflammation . no pain..but hurts a little when swallowing food...And this morning i took some food and till then it feels like there is something stuck on my throat...plzz help...

From yesterday my left ear is blocked i think because of ear wax. Tried to clear it with ear buds but not successfull.
