Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have havey pain in my neck and problem created with anything meal take them very pain increase from last 2 days

Just recently had sinus surgery and they noticed the osteoma is now 9mm in size . Over the past 15 years it seems to have grown dramatically . It's over my left eye near my eyebrow region . I guess my question is should i get it removed . My Ent told me this was beyond her region since the osteoma is connected to bone basically .

CSOM History: At age 10 - Surgery to nose (bone) and age 12 surgery to right ear for csom cure, but no results, even after surgery discharge coming as usual. But no pain anyway. Only discharge always, daily, and sometime blood too when I clean ear wax. So from past 17 years I am suffering with this. Hearing problem: I suspect left ear has problem in hearing. Looks like Only 80% is audible and not fully. No previous checks on this. I have observed this in recent times only.

How to make my noSe to look beautiful.. rhinopathy.. cost minmum. I have large nose. Plz help me to get beautiful nose

Actually before 5days I suffering from cold and cough so I cough so hard that time I lose my voice and now 4days gone BT my voice not recover but ya now better but totally not recover I used to do all the home remidies for my voice so I want to know how much time should recovered??
