Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am felling heaviness on my temple since 7 yrs.my nose is blocked when I get up.not able to breathe properly.breathing does not reach to head.while inhaling steam with inhalide  ,it feels like ,I am getting smell in mouth.Also when I try to put some oil in my nose ,it comes to my mouth.one doctor suggested me that you go for surgery because I have DNS. PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME. My life is not going well.

I can't breathe because of sinus please suggest me some cure & prescription and it happens whenever there is some decrease in temperature and happen quite often in winter.

I am suffering from recurrent fever .Whenever I eat something cold I will get sore throat then Body ache and then fever this happens frequently can I go for Vaccination as winter is approaching ??Is it possible for adults??

There is a white colour substance on my throat giving itchy sensation and feeling like something stuck inside.

I had a flames burn on my right ear and at present my treatment is going on with Dr Nilesh Ghelani (Om Hospital Bapunagar). From last 2-3 days i am feeling some awkward in my ear canal.
