Hey, I have had viral fever for 4 days. The doctor stayed a 3 day course of paracetamol, with a 5 day course of antibiotics. The fever has reduced, however I have a very bad sore throat. He suggested I not have hot liquids or gargle (I didn't get a proper answer why), but gargling usually helps in such scenarios. Should I start gargling?

Thank you dr. For ur suggestion you know one of the dr. Said it was a tonsil problem. Its beging like i had too many cold soft drink like coke and pepsi then one day i realize my voice is going to horseness and its difficult to speak and swallowing problem after that its step by step going to worse now is condition is very bad.
