Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been fever from two day. After taking medicine its gone but again it come. Sore throat, muscle cramp are problem with it. What I do?

Left side of the neck just below ear sometimes pain. From last two weeks.. Also sometimes the throat pains. Left ear feels something stucked
