I have been having pain in left side of throat whenever I swallow saliva or water or any food, it pains. Pain has been there for 2 days now. Kindly guide.

Weird squishy small bulge below ear
I am being currently treated for tonsilitis with antibiotics for past 3 days. Yesterday I discovered a lump below my ear and also 2 small lumps where my neck meets shoulder which strains sometimes when I move my neck. Is it normal, am I worrying too much or is it something serious underlying.
