Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Once in a year or 2 years I get this trouble.I get blurred vision(flashing lights),numbness in hand and tongue.Then after a while I get confusion,I blabber and I get severe headache.I browsed internet and found the name migraine aura.The next symptom is different from the above.It doesn't trouble me.At rare occasions I smell orange.Are they related

I am suffeing from throat infection since last three days even after taking medicine there is no much difference in situation. Even while drinking i feel pain in throat.

He is having platlet deffieciany and very much weakness. He went to a doctor tomorrow but that doctor was not good.he took medicines also.and he was admited two days.
