Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Its inside my neck...its paining...and its from last 3 weeks...my voice is changed from last 3 weeks...my voice is heavy...

Pt. is a 65 yrs old female, housewife with a history of decreased hearing in both the ears since about 1 yr. Pt. also complains of ringing in both the ears since 1yr which has increased gradually since then. No h/o DM/HTN/Asthma/TB No h/o nausea,headache,vomiting There is h/o taking medication for swelling of lower limb and painful joints

I am a 32 years female. Sometimes my throat gets very dry and feels like sand paper are being rubbed on it (when speaking). Sometimes my voice becomes coarser. getting recurring Cough (dry and with mucus) and sometime pain just below breast. Sometimes pain from neck to ear

Hi From 2 days my right ear is blocked and I am unable to listen any thing.i don't know whether it is Because of ear wax r water blockage .kindly help me in this issue.

Constant sternutation, itching like feel in nostrils and ears, water comes from nose and eyes, nose blocked etc

Tried to clean my ear of wax. But the lump didn't come out. Now it's constantly paining. Is it advisable to have Dispirin everytime it pains. ?

Hi doctor, I have severe throat infection and cold(running nose). I am not able to swallow anything. This is happening very frequently. Please advice.

Just recently had sinus surgery and they noticed the osteoma is now 9mm in size . Over the past 15 years it seems to have grown dramatically . It's over my left eye near my eyebrow region . I guess my question is should i get it removed . My Ent told me this was beyond her region since the osteoma is connected to bone basically .

CSOM History: At age 10 - Surgery to nose (bone) and age 12 surgery to right ear for csom cure, but no results, even after surgery discharge coming as usual. But no pain anyway. Only discharge always, daily, and sometime blood too when I clean ear wax. So from past 17 years I am suffering with this. Hearing problem: I suspect left ear has problem in hearing. Looks like Only 80% is audible and not fully. No previous checks on this. I have observed this in recent times only.
