I was drinking a cold glass of water and my throat was pierced by a frozen icicle from the water. It's bleeding and I don't know what to do? It has been bleeding since this morning and it is 22:30 right now

You might have had trauma to the Larynx or pharynx because of sharp edge of the ice. Usually it will heal spontaneously within few days. You need to consult nearby ENT specialist as soon as possible as it can get infected and cause airway obstruction
