Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I've been having allergy for 7 years in nose and not properly cured yet.I visited many ENT specialist but not properly diagnosed .They said it is allergy and give sinarest tablets and more.I don't understand what should I do .I cannot sleep at night properly .I always feel eaching in my nose and watery eyes and eyes are also eaching and watery nose
