Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I'm experiencing sore throat and some times loss of voice while speaking. Morning times im finding blood coming out of my mouth when i can my tongue with tongue cleaner.I'm also experiencing difficulty in swallowing food and fluids.

From past 8-10 days am having pain in my left ear and also not able to hear properly from left ear. I used ear buds to clean my ear 15 days back since then am having problem.

My mother had Nasal Polyps from childhood and breast tumor which ad been removed during 2002-03.Currently both are under control but she has a thought pain ,swelling as well as cough through out the day for last 6-7 years. Please suggest some remedy. from body check up the following result derived 1. Serum Total T4 11.70 μg/dl please suggest.

Post op myringoplasty 3 month back for perforation in the ear drum with csom ..but still now I have swelling on the left side ..what I have to do...graft is intact...please give me solution for this ... I am a male of 28 years...thanks

Basically my right ear, has had an odd smell for quite sometime now and I did some research on it found out it might be extra ear wax so I tried cleaning it out but it's only gotten worse. There is now some puss and blood when I clean it with a q-tip, how can I fix this? Should I go to a doctor?
