Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sir, I have been experiencing one second vertigo and un explainable balancing problems for the past 4 years,I have done CT scan three years ago it comes normal,I have done MRI (Brain and Inner ear) two years ago it comes normal. I have been diagnosed with Endolymphatic hydrops 2 years ago .I have been diagnosed from Menier's disease 4 months ago,i am in the medication but doctors didn't telling me about that issue clearly. I want clear explanation for my self for getting confident.

I having throat infection from last 8 days. While swallowing I am feeling pain. This is happing twice in a month.please suggest me.

I have been having lots of saliva in my mouth resulting to me constantly spitting. About a week ago I went to get some blood work down and ever since then I’ve been spitting a lot. I also used a steroid cream for a rash on my chest and ever since then the saliva has been on stop and I don’t know what the cause is.

I am undergoing to an ear mrm operation. I want to know about anesthesia given by a anesthetic during operation. Is there any risk for patient during operation? As per as my knowledge gas anesthesia is risky for his/her life during operation. Plz clear my confusion as soon as possible.

Actually it's been 3-4 days I had been facing cough  problem and also in breathing because of my nose filled with stuff at nights some times it become vulnerable what precautions should I take.

My right ear drum is having a hole for last 14 years.from 6 months before the problem of ear pain and infection starts. Till that time there was not much problems. I have consulted with nearby ENT and consumed antibiotics for the same. Now i am suffering the same pain and infection. Kindly help me

Choked in headlock 4 weeks ago, day after I had a sore throat when swallowing, minor change to my voice. Then a lump like feeling soon after. Pain mostly gone after few days, I still get occasional pain when swallowing, and lump in my throat remains. Most noticeable when swallowing water. I felt down throat, feels like left glottis enlarged?

My nose bone increases due to runny nose at the time eating food . So please suggest me, how to stop runny nose Or how to decrease it

Eventually i changed my earrings. And forcefully i put new one whose stick was thicker than my hole. Next day it was swollen. I kept that in my ear couple of days thought it will heal.but it got worse. I took that out. And now it has" bump" on backside,"red, "swollen" and "sore" lobule. And neck hurts as well..Sir/Mam plz suggest what to do.
