Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Itching in ear. Used soliwax for that. However no fruitful result. Please help if i should go for ear clean process may be so many wax in ear. Not sure please suggest.

I was drinking a cold glass of water and my throat was pierced by a frozen icicle from the water. It's bleeding and I don't know what to do? It has been bleeding since this morning and it is 22:30 right now

Gummy formation inside throat ..for that i have to repeated spit out forceble... its is such gummy type i can't swallow it inside and coughing also it is affecting my digestion also

Dry nose(especially the right) since 2 months. I feel my nose is an open highway for cold air to the extent that I cant take proper breath. Weather is ok but my nose is sooo sensitive. When I visited the doctor, she diagnosed me as having Polyps, and Allergic Rhinitis. Now my right tonsil is swallowed, and I feel mucus collecting in my throat

Does marijuana have any adverse effect on tonsils.i dont smoke marijuana everyday,it only in a month or 2 months. or does it have any good effect on tonsils so i can smoke a bit more regularly like in a week. so what are the good and bad effects of marijuana on tonsils?

I have some geographical ulcers on my toung from a long time used multiple medicines and visited multiple doctor's as well but still....no improvement.... having a lot of problems in eating n in breathing...
