Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Is it advisable to get your ears cleaned by a doctor? Do I need to put any medicine in my ear before I go

I have sinositis since childhood. I used to have runny nose more often. However, it recovered for a quite a while until it reappeared again recently. Now I feel like sth is stuck in my throat. I have urge for vomitting if anything touch my neck. I have this urge even having morning meals. Is this due to coughs clogged in my throat?

I am feeling feverish and weak beacuse of my throat. Unable to sleep and its on the last side. I guess its a tonsil pain and this is the 3rd time i am facing this problem since Last December.

Operated left ear six months ago and pus formation stopped, but last Saturday again the pus started flowing from the same left ear. Why? Can you explain in brief and the diagnosis for it please.

Ive done plastic silicone/rhynoplasty surgery. After 2 weeks, My nose got small pointed whiteheads on the tip of my nose. My Dr. pop the whitehead out of my nose. After 3weeks. The pointed whitehead grow again in same area of my nose which on the center tip. Worst is more bigger than first and now there is white/yellow substance. What shall i do?

Past 5weeks there was difficulty in swallowing food, saliva or anything..consulted a doctor and he prescribed medicines and said i had tonsilitis.
