In a fight, got punched twice on nose

Asked for Male, 29 Years

In a fight, got punched twice on nose. Bleeding stopped after sometime, followed by pain and swelling. Next day visited doctor who suggested x-ray. On seeing x-ray she concluded no fracture and gave antibiotic and painkiller. 4-5 days over, pain is still there with cracking noise and some swelling also present.

You might have had blunt injury to the external nose with resultant swelling. If external shape of the nose is normal and there is no bleeding you need to take pain killers for few more days. It may take a week to ten days for complete resolution of swelling
