Nose bleeding can happen during time of rhinitis ( stuffy nose , watery nose , sneezing) , but it is usually mixed with mucous and amount is tiny . In that case usually nothing to worry about  , but if bleeding is more and  persists for long it should be evaluated by ENT specialist.
