It feels something stuck in my throat dome times there is a pain down to the chest. in the morning when I wake up it becomes worse feeling after doing gargle and drinking green tea it's under control.

You haven't mentioned duration sir, however at your age it would be prudent to be examined by an ENT and subsequently a gastroenterologist
