Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

A small fish bone stuck in my throat during having the meal.i tried to get rid of this with coughing and drinking water but it doesn't work rather to cure it increases more problem in my throat.

Lips appear bigger and nose is too flat.Due to this face looks very bad .Please help me witg this problem

I was prescribed amoxicillin for infection on my tonsils on 12 aug. It started getting better by 15 aug. Then I caught common cold and had running nose from 20 - 23 aug. I noticed a little lump in my left armpit on 26 aug. Now the left armpit lump has settled but i have a swollen lymph node on my right armpit. And today it got a little red outside.

My age 33 (F), I am suffering from Acute Cough, Cold, Running Nose very frequent. Recently I consulted ENT specialist and was suggested for different clinical examination, lab test, x-ray etc. Except IgE. all found clear / within limit. Total IgE. serum by CLIA has come 698.61 IU/ml. Kindly brief how it is affecting my health and impact on me.

Yellow colour dirty Pus which smells like thousands of drainage coming out from my right nose I had tooth pain last month, but now there's no pain. Still when I bend Pus comes out which smells very very bad shown to best ENT & Dentist but failed to diagnose my problem had a x-ray for front of my mouth now they want CT scan to diagnose. In 2004 (at age of 16), I suddenly got problem while speaking. I struggle to start a sentence irrespective of time, language, place, medium or the audience. I went through a series of Medication and Speech therapy back in 2005. I got better that time but never got cured 100% Now since last 15 days. I am suffering with the same issue but this time it is worse. Please suggest for a permanent cure. I feel a cruch kind of in my stomach when I could not speak due to efforts made for speaking. Also i feel strain on my neck muscles and tongue most of the time. Many a times a keep on making some sound from my mouth just because sometimes i feel that i have loat my voice. And this is getting worse day by day. I am not sure whether this isue is concernd with ENT or to Speach Therapy.

I have black fungus type something in my ear..is serious? It happen after yellow discharge,I take tables droxyl & dexona suggest by my doctor than yellow discharge is stop but after some time when I want to clean ear than I found some fungus
