Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I feel loud buzzing sound in my Right ear(Nowadays also i left too),which makes me very uneasy as this sound disturbed to my Brain.I have gone through many ENT specialist as they suggested to do Operation(STAPEDOTORY EXPLORATORY TYMPANETORY)(As per their suggestions my Ear inner part has grown up some bone due to which it occurs and can be treated from surgery too.)My question is if i will have a Surgery and the bone get remove ,Does it comes again in Future? Can it be possible from Medicine.?

I clear my ear wax regularly with ear buds. But I think it is not enough and recent I found out that my ear drums are smelling because of it.

I always have allergic problem. initially i used to take Cetirizine tablet to get myself prevented from sneezing, itching eyes, & running nose. and even this tablet used to work fine. But now this tablet even doesn't work for me. Now my condition is "I always have sneezing, itching eyes, & running nose". Now my allergy has been severe like hell. Please advice me to get rid off this

Initially the ear pain less, when i tried CIPLOX (ear and eye drop) pain starts increasing slowly.

Constant tightness in right side of throat and constant swallowing. Endoscopy and lyrnogoscopy is normal.x ray shows left side styloid process elongated. Ct scan shows both sides are elongated styloid process.
