Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My ENT said u had GERD but my swelling is not reduced which in tonsil area and white patches becomes yellow patches which in tonsil swelling..I m having swelling in tonsil area more than 3 months sir.. feeling worse

After every 20-25 days i face soar throat problem and in the beginning it starts with a little pain and if i dont take care of it then the situation gets worse. Please suggest me a long term remedy using which i can avoid tjis frequent problem.
