Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My mother is suffering from otosclerosis. I want her to go through stapedectomy. I want to know the success rate of the surgery and how much will it cost? She cannot hear from any of the ears, so will she have to take surgery for both the ears?

Whenever my wife, aged 40yrs. bends down to do some work, 5-10ml clear salty liquid starts flowing from her left nostrils, what maybe the cause ? Can you please suggest some remedy.......is it something that we need to immediately give attention...............thanks, in advance

I have been suffering from mild coughing since past 1 month and since past 10 days mild fever 99 in the evening .fever only measured in the evening while coming back from office..have not taken any allopathic medicine except ayurvedic like giloy or tulsi ,neem.. No other symptom except these. What could be the reason..
