Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I'm an 22 yrs male I've tonsil issues twice or thrice a month so a doc suggest me to remove tonsil and so my question is is my sound change after my surgeries ???

Iv been using a decongestant to keep my nose unblocked for a very long time which I know is not recommended, however I was fobbed off by a Doctor who failed to help me. I keep it unblocked because I get severe migraines due to the sinus pressure and I am not one of those people who can sleep with a blocked nose. I want to stop using it as it's damaging my nose and need to use it more frequently. Is it possible to use a steroidal nasal spray alongside it initially until the steroidal spray works?

I have having burning sensation in my throat for last couple of days. It is even worse when taking food. What is the potential cause related to such symptom and what should be the treatment recommended for it.

Dry cough, and it's continuous. Feel some pain in my throat when coughing continuously. It's been over a week and still having coughing issues.

I had thyroid in July tsh 11.13 t3 and t4 normal. Doc gave me 100 mg Eltroxin. After 1 month my tsh was 0.02 doc then gave me 75 mg. after another 15 days i had rapid heart beat and Then i did my tsh test and tsh was 0.01 without taking eltroxin 75 mg for 2 days . What should I do now.?
