  4. My right ear is blocked. Something.

My right ear is blocked
My right ear is completely blocked & getting some sound in my right ear because of that iam getting giddiness also. I met with ent specialist and they're telling some ear nerve is affected. MRI is also normal, no brain problem. Please suggest something.

Please get an audiometry done , identify the type of hearing loss, if nerve has become weak, it is usually recommended to try a course of steroids under medical supervision especially if within one week of onset
