Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Got sudden ear pain heavily this early mng but I have cold and throat pain from last five days and sneezed alot . As doctors or not available on time I went for general physician and he had gave me an injection which reduces the pain.later this afternoon I went to hospital and have a check with ENT specials and he told me that there is lot of redness in ear and there is small holes as well which will heal automatically like to that he told and provjided montair lc tablets for 10 days .

I have what appears to be a swollen gland in the middle of my neck just above my Adam's apple. It is painless and can be moved around. I have not had any type of infection symptoms lately. Should I be concerned?

Nose size is getting increasingly day by day and every night nose size increase.

From last few days my throat is feeling burning sensation when bake up and spicy foods

My soft palate has been getting dry and sore every morning after waking up for over a year now. Especially on cold days. It's also sore and drys out when I'm breathing normally without swallowing (thru my nose) during the day. I also get feverish symptoms when it's dry and sore but which go away few minutes after I swallow. I've also been using Nasivin nasal drops for over a year, my problems started to occure at the same time period.

Doctor did tuning fork test...is that accurate. Is there a difference between pure-tone audiogram test and pure-tone air conduction threshold hearing test?

My son is three yrs.when he was at ten months there was a cyst(benign) in his soft palate.The cyst removed automatically.But there is a small hole in his soft palate.His uvula is cleft also.He has no problem to eat and drink.No hearing problem too.He can speak some words with clear sound and some words with nasal accent.What to do?
