Pain in left ear

Asked for Female, 50 Years

My mother is having pain in left inner ear which actually starts from inner side of the teeth or gums from left side, some time so sever that it radiates down to sternoclidomestoid miscle and mestoid process. It have some relations with weather change like cold and rainy weather aggravates the pain summer is much better.. temporo mandibular joint x ray have done last 3 years back.. But nothing found in that.. Mri scan for brain and inner ear have been done it found nothing.. What els to do for her condition? She takes pain killer (paracetamol) as pain is undearable and also takes some Ayurvedic medicines.. But no use.. No problem in hearing. Please suggest any other remedy or diagnostic approach.

She seems to be suffering from temporo Mandibular joint dysfunction with myofacial pain. X ray of temporo Mandibular joint is usually not very diagnostic. Most common cause is related to teeth, stress, bruxism etc. You need to consult a qualified maxillofacial surgeon for confirmation of diagnosis
