Not able to swallow It happens only when I drink anything in liquid form and it pains when I cough and this happening since last three days

I am suffering from hearing problem for last three days. My right ear is already defective but I can hear with my right ear. But for last three days I am facing problem with my left ear. I am 38 years old man. Please guide me.

Two days before I chew a toffee. Accidentally small part of wrapper swallowed. Now no problem to eat or drink, but feeling uneasy and doubt wrapper may stuck in throat.

From last 2months I am having pain in left ear. After taking medication for 2months problem still continues. I have done CT scan PNS LIMITED. Findings are - Anterior deviation of nasal septum to right and posterior deviation to left with a bony spur to left, indenting the inferior turbinate. -Changes of sinusitis in left frontal, bilateral ethmoidal and bilateral sphenoid sinuses.

I can't prononue some character like A D properly. What should I do to make my voice clear. Please help me.
