Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have small red bumps under my mouth back of my tongue and whiteness(fungus) Throat pain and hoarseness etc.

Since 4 months my father is having hearing loss. Now he is using widex machine. But he feels humming sound from his brain which disturbs him for hearing to external sounds. He can hear horns, vehicle sounds, utensil sounds from kitchen , but not talks of people. Some times he clearly and sometimes his hearing is zero. He does not have any other physical problem except sleep problem. He sleeps only for 2-3hours in night Pls suggest treatment for him.

Voice sounding very different and irritation in the throat.its persistent for last 3 days.there is also irritation and blockage in the left ear.

I have had sore glands in my neck especially on one side for 2 weeks now. Hurts when I turn my head fast and sometimes to swallow. Also slight aching in that ear and sensitivity in teeth, and sore patch on head. Slightly achey legs too. Blocked nose on one side ongoing too. Slightly lacking in energy. Anti - inflammatory medication helps.

I have got my left ear feeling wet and clogged at times. It's happening for a few days now. May you please help?

I am having pain in right ear from past two days, no problem in hearing nor cold or soar throat,

From PNS CT Scan Report: 1.Nasal septum is deviated towards left and concavity to the left side. 2.There is hypertrophy of the right sided inferior nasal turbinate. Is there need of surgery or is it possible to cure it with homeopathic medicines? Thanks in advance.
