Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My nose is bleeding after every 15-20 days, I consulted a doctor, he gave me some antibiotics n cream, but still bleeding after the gap of 15 days. My CT scan report is attached

My left ear can hear sound above 80 decible My rigjt ear can hear sound 40 decible Then can i do make hearing certificate? What is % of hearing impairment??? Please soon reply

Diagnosed with acute sinusitis last year, treated but I feel now it has turned chronic...I have on/off headache specially in cold environment like sitting in an ac room or sitting directly under a fan...Also lymph nodes of neck are slightly enlarged, also a sore throat and feeling of pressure inside skull, there is also a swelling behind mastoid process... Almost from six year i have swear headache... Earlier doctor said it's sinusitis problem... I take treatment but... Still having problem... Sometimes half side sometimes both sides of head... I took nosal spray antibiotics..i go for CT scan... Ct scan report shows bit shifting of nose to left side.But it doesn't matter... It's normal..ENT specialist refer to neuro physician... Ask why i have swear pain in head because there no problem in my nose.. neuro physician said maybe it's cause of tension
