Ear in the left ear is blocked. Not by wax. When I pull my earlobe I can hear clearly. Nose is blocked with a long standing polyp

Long standing polyp may create complications..it affects ear and throat also.. better to consult with an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..may need surgery if not relieved by medicine..
