Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been facing throat pain and irritation since yesterday night due to the Gulaal (pink powder) in the ganpati miravnuk.

Nasal congestion, sneezing, and runny nose and watery eye due to this cold... Other than this everything is okay.... I think problem due to virus infection or allergy

I have a throat infection. It's itchy inside my throats and reddish too. I am bumps on my tongue and inside the throat. I also had a problem called tonsillitis, and sinus. Because of this I sneeze a lot.

Iv been using a decongestant to keep my nose unblocked for a very long time which I know is not recommended, however I was fobbed off by a Doctor who failed to help me. I keep it unblocked because I get severe migraines due to the sinus pressure and I am not one of those people who can sleep with a blocked nose. I want to stop using it as it's damaging my nose and need to use it more frequently. Is it possible to use a steroidal nasal spray alongside it initially until the steroidal spray works?
