Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My wife gets  frequent headache weekly 2-3 times.we suspect it could be a migraine .. I am staying at kR puram bangalore .Please suggest me a good doctor near by

I have a throat infection. It's itchy inside my throats and reddish too. I am bumps on my tongue and inside the throat. I also had a problem called tonsillitis, and sinus. Because of this I sneeze a lot.

I have a problem while swallow, I feel like something disturb on my left side of ear and I have burning sensation on my left tonge and pain at the end portion of connection between upper and lower mouth

Ear problem due to hole in ear drum so dr has advised but I forget that when we should eat in morning or evening ?

How to i cure infection,is it curable,i have blocked nose since one month,any cure available for sinus infection

I'm an 22 yrs male I've tonsil issues twice or thrice a month so a doc suggest me to remove tonsil and so my question is is my sound change after my surgeries ???

Iv been using a decongestant to keep my nose unblocked for a very long time which I know is not recommended, however I was fobbed off by a Doctor who failed to help me. I keep it unblocked because I get severe migraines due to the sinus pressure and I am not one of those people who can sleep with a blocked nose. I want to stop using it as it's damaging my nose and need to use it more frequently. Is it possible to use a steroidal nasal spray alongside it initially until the steroidal spray works?

I have having burning sensation in my throat for last couple of days. It is even worse when taking food. What is the potential cause related to such symptom and what should be the treatment recommended for it.
