Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Have neck pain, along with Occasional right Ear pain and Headache. Also feel uneasy under A/C, FAN, results in right ear pain, headache and giddiness. Although my body sweats due to hot climate, i cannot use Fan/AC. Over last 3 weeks, I have been noticing some kind of pressure over right ear when working on Laptop or watching TV. ENT says Ear looks fine, X-ray of Cspine says Paraspinal Muscular Spasm. How to find out if the giddiness is due to Ear or due to Neck? What should I do next?

I an having pain in my right ear only since 2 days and outer canal swelling because of swimming. So want to ask that I should take painkiller or not?? And why I am not able to eat anything??

Ive been diagonised with mid ear infection , called Mastoiditis, it is chronic and there is discharge from the ear.I have been put on antibiotics injection and drugs for the past 25 days .It has affected my body . I am consulting a second ENT , done a CT scan , doctor has advised surgerey . I want to know does surgery completely cure the problem and what is the type of surgery involved. The cost ,days in hospital and recovery time.

Is tinnitus goes away or its permanently ? i am suffering from last 20 days in my right ear after using loud headphones i wnna get rid of it 😔 it is very annoying .. their is no any type of pain in ear only that irritating sound is coming ..

Hello Sir, I have clicking sound in my right ear and due to this have mild pressure and pain right side of forehead. It gets better when i take flexon MR but i am not getting complete relief. Please Suggest Thanks

Prolonged throat disturbance (25 days) due to wet cough without bulgum. Once cough starts, goes out of control non-stoppable resulting to brain stroke and unconsciousness for up to 3 minutes.

My Sister son is facing issue with infection/ bacteria in left ear and took medicines for 4 to 5 months but now it affected other ear aswell and he was suggested to go for surgery. He is 4 year old kid and now suffering with high fever from last 10 days. Now is was in remote area we want to know what exactly the issue was and really surgery is required.
