Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Today I watched a movie in my phone with aid of headphones a certain time like current passing something through my eardrum , I just unplugged my phone is there any problem for my eardrum?

My right nostril blocked from last 3 weeks and facing problem while sleeping and respiration

This problem has been persisting for last 2/3 years. Initially it used to be during winter season. My ears either left or right used to be blocked for day or two and had less hearing in that particular ear. This repeated every winter. But during this entire year my ears are blocked 50% of time. I have visited 2-3 doctors with various results. One of them said its due to closing of Eustachian tube and another said its because of wax buildup. The problem is making everyday life difficult for me. I need a reliable check up of condition of my ear. Any test advised along with cost will be highly recommended.
