Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Ive been having this problem for 4 months already and no one can diagnose me. I would wake up at nights choking. Couldnt sleep for 3 days due to that. Its hard ti breath through my nose. My ears hurtm when id get thise episodes i couldnt swallow and my left arm would go numb. Nausea and i would vomit. My left side of face would go numb.and i also get chest pains. Im always tired have a hard time sleeping due to me not breathing well or choking. I always feel disoriented. help.

After a accident I had a nasal packing after which I had swelling on right side of my nose I fear if it is a call us so I need an opinion on how to remove this swelling

There is an Hearing Loss of an Left Ear From an year ago and i can't hear from that ear. please consult me a treatment.

I just noticed recently that I have a small bump in my head back of my ear to be precise I can see a small growth in the bone. I'm not sure it's something serious cause it doesn't hurt. Please help and advise.
