Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My right ear is completely blocked & getting some sound in my right ear because of that iam getting giddiness also. I met with ent specialist and they're telling some ear nerve is affected. MRI is also normal, no brain problem. Please suggest something.

Ear wax removal is the case. I'd like to know whether you use a syringe or a machine

Hello Dr. I am unable to smell any kind of smell nor good nor bad, since two months.. Pls suggest me some home remedies r anythng which is gud.

It feels something stuck in my throat dome times there is a pain down to the chest. in the morning when I wake up it becomes worse feeling after doing gargle and drinking green tea it's under control.

I have hypothyroid. Initially my thyroid in July was tsh 11.18 . After 1 month in august my tsh was 0.02 and t4 16.5 . Sept my tsh was <0.01. My dose is 75 mg thyroxin. My question is , is 0.02 lower than <0.01? Or vice versa. Should I be lowering my dosage. I have rapid heart beat too since couple of days.

I've been suffering with a right blocked ear for 2 years now, I've had it repeatedly checked out and nobody can seem to tell me whats wrong with it. In the past few months my ear has also be accompanied by the sensation of mucus constantly in the back of my throat that I've been unable to cough up. This is really effecting my day to day life as my ear sounds like a constant echo of my of my own voice through my head whenever I talk; I just need to get it gone!
