I was watching TV and I coughed out something that looked like a tiny black lentil seed. I curioisly picked it up, it was squishy little mucus but covered in blood. It didn't spill or make any mess. It was solid, and seemed rotten blood clot. It was just one time. Is it normal or is it a warning for something serious?

Weird squishy small bulge below ear

I am being currently treated for tonsilitis with antibiotics for past 3 days. Yesterday I discovered a lump below my ear and also 2 small lumps where my neck meets shoulder which strains sometimes when I move my neck.
