Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sore throat, swollen tonsils, white spots. Im almost positive i have tonsilitis

I am 21 years old suffering from septum deviation towards right side and concha bullosa is noted on the right side. Now my doctor suggested me to go through a surgery. Is it required to go through surgery?

Hello Doctor,  i am facing continues  pain and itching on my right side nose bone .there is also swelling around right side eye and cheek  . My nose is swelled to right side  . I have consulted so many ent specialist yet but I did not get any  relief yet . Kindly advise as I am facing these pain since long time. Thank u

Hello! There has been pain in my throat for the last 4 days. I took Aziwok, nicip plus and cetrizine for 3 days. It got reduced. However it hasn't completely subsided. The pain is still there. The doctor asked me to continue cetrizine for the next 2 days. I am about to complete that dose too and I am not completely alright. What could be the possible problem?

I'm having voice problem while talking and singing prob is as 1---Weakness in whole voice box even in silence also 2--pain while talking and singing. 3-voice is ways tired 4-- loosing deepness N pointness hence voice of low intensity​ and blurred. 5-extra efforts to reach high notes. Facing these problems since 1 years rarelly but since 3 months it Is regular... Please solve my problems earlier I have taken ORATIL nd Azee tablet but no solution
