Contact of ear phones or head phones for long time can cause pressure induced swellings in the ear canal and cause pain or also cause headaches due to continuous pressure and loud sounds. Bluetooth headphones or earpieces or mobile usage should be restricted to 30minutes or less per day since radio waves can potentially affect brain and hearing mechanisms.
