I had experienced loss of hearing in my left ear all of a sudden. Very little voice is coming, when I'm trying to hear from the speaker from my left ear all I can hear is that very little voice is too coming as if cracked wherein from the right ear it's perfectly fine. But I can hear the echo in my right ear when I speak of my own voice. How can all of a sudden this happen? There is no wax, all ears are cleaned , I never had any nose blocking, throat is fine. What can be the issue pls suggest, is it will be fine??

Kindly get a PTA done
U might have got something called sudden sensorineural hearing loss
This can be managed with regaining of hearing to some extent, might not fully, if steroids are started. Preferably within 3 days of onset of symptoms.
Please get it checked with nearby ENT doctor if there is no wax then they will do hearing test and treat accordingly
If its nerve related hearing loss results will be better if treatment starts as soon as possible.
