I have mild cold from few days now i have difficulty in hearing with my left ear plsss tell me what to do

Could be eustachian tube block. You can just do steam inhalation with eucalyptus oil and apply saline nasal drops. You can also perform valsalva manoevre if you 100% sure you dont have nasal infection currently. If infection is active donot do that.
