Hi,
I am coughing for 1 month. coughing increase in dusty place or Under AC and before sleep at night. am trying to protect myself from those. my CBC test shows ESR value 20 mm in 1st hour, CXR-PA View is normal, RBS 6.07, Total IGE 51.5. My age 26 years, male. doctors suggest me to take montelukast 10 mg daily, and inhale 2 puff azmasol (salbutamol sulphate BP) for 4 times daily. Does it severe? is it possible to reduce ESR within 20 mm/hour, then how? any query, let me know.

You seem to be suffering from allergic airway disorder which may require treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid bronchodialator inhalers for long term benefits. Your doctor has prescribed you right medications and you need to use them. Esr will decrease eventually once your allergy comes under control
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist or pulmonologist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
