Having cough and pain in throat from couple of days along with slight fever. Taking Ibrufen and paracetamol for fever.

You seem to be suffering from viral upper respiratory tract infection which is a common type of throat and nose infection in this season. You may need to take antibiotics, pain killer medicines and antiseptic mouth gargle for few days for faster recovery
