Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, i am suffering with swollen lymph nodes problem from last 20 days, I met the ENT Doctor he treated me for 10 days (Medicine :- Cetpodoxime Proxetil 200mg, Levocetirizino & Montelukast Tablets, Aceclofenac & Paractamol Tablets )

I have perforated eardrum and sometime blood leaks out with pus, today morning blood is seen when i gargle and then no blood.

My throats has been hurting badly for the past few weeks have had a few white spots but now it's hurting when I talk and the white spots there are more and one is covers in a pouch of skin.

My mother is aged 77 yrs. She had a small tumor in right ear outer leaf upper side since 2011. We consulted the surgeon & surgery was done according to his advice in 2013. Initially, there was no problem. Now, new tumor is growing at that position about 13 months. It is now bigger & about 30 mm. It is spreading towards lower leaf.She is taking Homeopathic medicine & now on silicea 200 but there is no improvement. She is fair & bulky. Looking for advice.

How should I get rid of allergy? I did a blood test 10-15 days ago in which my total leucocyte count is 11,000 whereas it should be btw 4000-10,000 and eosinophills is 18.2 bt it should be from btw 1-6% my mean cell volume is 70.24 hemoglobin is 21.42 and mean cell hb conc is 30.49. I ate 1 zental few days back and I am taking 2 tablets that is monteluksat and levocetrizine tablet and hetrazan 100 from around 10 days.. Can you please tell me what should I do? Is this an allergy or infection or what is it? And what should I do to get rid of this cough and sneezing its more than a month.. Please help me out I am frustrated coz of this.. Tell me what should I do to get rid of this?

I was suffering form throat infection form past 10 days and had antibiotic course, now my throat is at relief but right ear causes mild headache at night and puss was discovered in right ear, my speech volume isnt recovered fully and it has been more than 3 days I have stopped medication.. using T bact cream in my ear

My doctor had given me a Betadine gargle 2% . Is it better to use inspite of not having any throat infection... Only having sneezes and runny nose.

My right ear is perforated and i started discharge from year since 1 year. i tried antibiotucs but its not helping.
