Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am facing a strange problem of getting voice on the left side un my throat when i swallow smthing..however no pain is there but sometimes i get little bit pain in my left ear..the voice that comes during swallowing is like two bones are colliding. I am facing this problem since last 2 months..already taken azithromycin and other gastric tablets but no solution till now. I have gone through endoscopy also but it came normal.kindly suggest something.

From today morning my right ear is closed I had fever and cold from last One week

I have hearing problem on both ears, on left 35dbs and on right 56 DBS(attached photos). I Consulted few doctors but they suggested different companies like Widex, phonak, simens. The doctors suggested the use hearing aid on right side ear. Please help me buy the good hearing  aid company Thanks

Hello Doctor, I am 28 now i have sinusitis problem since i was 15 years old. I took medicines and it was cured then. but later many times due to cool climate and for other reasons it used to come back. I get lot of sneezes with running nose. i visited multiple doctor every time i take meds no problem few months. is there any permanent solu?
