Constant Ear itching when rubing andpain

I have been having constant ear itching and pain in my right ear since last month and anytime I rub my ear I feel blockage of sound in my ear and do feel something moving sounds sometimes in my ear and anytime I rub my ear or insert cotton bud my ear get block,I have to keep rubbing my ear to get a clear sound

You seem to be suffering from impacted wax inside your ear canal which might be causing symptoms. If present wax needs to be removed under vision by a specialist. If it's hard wax then it needs to be softened before removal
