Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I get cold very easily. I notice it arises mostly due to sleeping over night in my room with the AC sitched on overnight. I am unable to sleep without the AC. Can you suggest a solution?

I got TSH 5.7 and doctor suggested me thyronorm 25 mcg. And then day after to confirm I got TSH 3.7 in different diagnostic center. I got check up as I had less menstrual period which lasts only 1 and half day. This is there since 3 years. Previously to that I got 3 days. I am on gardinal 30 MG. My prolactin levels are normal. Should I start thyronorm or consult again with other doctor.

I acquired cough and cold last Thursday. As I was travelling back home last Friday, I experienced some kind of ear blockage sensation during plane landing. I tried releasing pressure by yawning but it wont come off. Until today, I still can feel that there is something in my ear and can hear some popping sound when I swallow or blow my nose. It seems that there are some mucus that went up to my ear due to the pressure on the plane.
