Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having pain, tenderness in my left ear and in the left side of my throat for about 12 hours now. It seems to be getting worse.

I am throat ache since two days..I am not even able to drink anything properly.. it's burning

My 13 year daughter is having pain in tragus(the triangular portion of outer ear) from around 2-3 days.

My dad is around 70 years,he is complaining of some white think liquid coming out of the ears n also a lump by his grion area,are these related n what should been done, should we see two different doctors for the different issues.

I get cold atleast once a week everytime and once when I start sneezing I sneeze atleast 15 times in a row and my eyes get red

Hi! I have an allergy towards dust and cannot stop sneezing, it will be more in early morning and more fluid secretion (running nose). I have consulted the specialist in my native 2 years back and after the test they advised me to use ''Rhinocort aqueous nasal spray" on a daily basis. But, now in medicals they are telling they don't have a supply of the above mentioned spray. Please advise me how best I can proceed further or if you can suggest me an alternative spray.
