Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I HAD SUDDEN HEARING LOSS IN MY RIGHT EAR SOME FOUR MONTHS AGO WHILE MY LEFT EAR WORKS NORMALLY. I HAD BEEN ON PREDNISOLONE(60 MG PER DAY) FOR 15 DAYS IMMEDIATELY AFTER THEOVERNIGHT HEARING LOSS. BUT TILL NOW NO IMPROVEMENT.

Doctor told turbinates should be widened i feel like not getting lung full air Lost nearly 30kgs weight all bloodreports are normal and i feel weak Suggest me what to do

Left Ear pain since last night. Have had a cold, runny nose for a week. But the ear pain is which is bothering me alot. I am a 45 yr male.

I am getting regularly cough and throat pain in a month min twice . Visited doctor related to Throat also .

Earlier pain in throat with Hoarseness in sound was occasionally when I used to speak loud and long. But for the last 10 days even if I speak low I get pain in throat with Hoarseness in sound. No pain while swallow. After eating gets relief. Dryness and pain being felt in throat. Silence gives relief. Govt dispensary asked me to go to ENT specialist and get checked up vocal cord. Please advise how to proceed further. 51 years Male, from East Delhi.
